Photopsies Are Very Important!

Sudden sensation of the appearances like flashes or sparks may be a sign of the retinal break in the eye and requires an urgent thorough ophthalmologic examination. This risk is higher in the patients with high myopia and the patients suffering an eye trauma. A retinal break or hole may be treated by a simple laser therapy before leading to severe consequences.
